POUSADA 1507

The Restaurant is named after Portugals historically and culturally important Pousadas, a system of castles, palaces and regional homes that cover the peninsula from the Atlantic Ocean to the borders with France.

They are famed for their superb traditional cuisine, fine regional wines and generous hospitality. The Portuguese mariner Diego Fernandez Peireira discovered Mauritius in 1507.

Culinary pleasures of the highest standards await the guests at the hotels main restaurant, serving full buffet breakfast between 07h00 and 10h30 as well as dinner 19h00 - 22h00 with half board themed evenings.

Possibility for private dining for up to 14 persons.

SIROCCO

The restaurant is named after the strong southerly to south-easterly winds in the Mediterranean that originates from the Sahara and similar North African regions.

The Sirocco, right by the seashore and pool, is a casual beach-front bistro, bar and rooftop seating 90 guests, open daily from 12h00 to 15h30 for light and delicious traditional Mediterranean and Mauritian specialities. Five nights a week Sirocco becomes a sophisticated restaurant for Lobster Festivals, Couscous Party and many more theme nights.

MAISON COLONIALE

The Maison Coloniale, the hotels fine dining restaurant, features mainly local sea food and specialities with a Mauritian touch as well as a particularly attentive service.

Intimate and exquisite La Maison Colonial is open 5 nights a week from 19h30 seating up to 60 guests. The sophisticated cuisine is rounded off by an extensive wine cellar. 2 rooms for up to 8 guests each are available for private dining.
